New Residents Guide to the Forum

Part 1: I'm here! What can I do?

Resident or a Diplomat?

• If you are representing a nation resident in Lazarus, you should apply for Apply for Residency
• If you are a foreign dignitary, you should Apply for Diplomatic Status
• If you want to get an embassy with us, Apply for an Embassy

Considered Applying for Citizenship in Lazarus?

• You take an Oath of Membership to be loyal to Lazarus, and its laws, and share our community ideals
• You aren't required to be on our forum or discord, but is required to use all your Benefits of Citizenship

Benefits of Citizenship:

• Higher endorsement cap in the WA, for undergoing a security check and pledging their loyalty to Lazarus.​
• You can Mmph! Propose and discuss our laws, and to vote on appointments​
• Participate in regional elections and stand for public office​
• Engagement in all aspects of our regional community​

Part 2: Connecting on Discord

Successfully connecting a forum account to Discord

1. Visit the Connected Accounts page

1. You click on Continue With Discord. This will ask for you to log in to your Discord Account.

2. Authorize Penelope to access your Discord account:

Once you are connected, this will appear in your Connected Accounts page, and you are done:

Automated masking forms:

• Apply for Residency

This allows someone to gain a Resident masking

• Apply for diplomatic status in Lazarus

This allows someone to gain a diplomatic masking

Masking forms that require admin approval:

• Apply for Citizenship

This allows for a nation resident in Lazarus to apply for Citizenship

• Apply for an Embassy

This allows for someone representing another region to apply for an Embassy in Lazarus.

• Apply to the Regional Guard

This allows for someone to apply to join the Regional Guard, the military of Lazarus.

• Citizenship masking

This allows for someone who gained citizenship without a forum account, to gain their Citizenship access.

Lazarene Gazette forms:

• Gazette article submission

This allows someone to submit an article to the Lazarene Gazette

Lazarus RP related forms:

• Map claims (active)

This allows for a nation resident in Lazarus to apply for a place on the regional map of Lazarus

• Werewolf Sign Up (inactive)
• Great Feast Sign Up (inactive)

Assembly forms:

• Generate a proposal/bill for the Assembly

This is a form that allows posting a proposal to the Assembly.

Assembly Speaker only forms:

• Assembly proposal vote form

This is for the Assembly Speaker to take a proposal to vote.

• Prime Minister Election Vote

This is for the Assembly Speaker to hold a Prime Minister election vote

• Appointment Vote

This is for the Assembly Speaker to hold an appointment vote

Posting​

When you post you receive some Feather (ƒ) the regional currency of Lazarus:

• A Reply gives you ƒ1 Feather
• A Post gives you ƒ2 Feathers.
• Registration gives you a bonus of ƒ1000 Feather

Bank of Lazarus​

Depositing money in the Bank of Lazarus provides 0.6% interest.

The Bank of Lazarus depositing and withdrawal area

The Wallet is what you have on-hand, whereas the money in the Bank generates interest.

Shop​

The Shop allows you to purchase forum items.

Additional features of LazEconomy include:

• The ability to trade items with other members in the Trading area or Marketplace.
• Lotteries (currently inactive)

It is a shame if you decide to leave us, but that's okay. We take your data privacy seriously.

Our off-boarding is a simple and easy process.

This will begin the process. You will then have 48 hours to reverse your decision or let the account deletion go through.

Once your account is deleted, your account data will be deleted from our server.

Your posts will exist under an anonymous Member # should you wish to return one day.
