III. Vice Delegate of Lazarus

Establishment of the office of Vice Delegate

The Vice Delegate12 can hold the region for the citizens and residents of Lazarus. They are also the Chairperson of the Council on Lazarene Security (4.3.) and one of the Chairpersons of the Executive Council (5.#.) and can be appointed the Acting Delegate by the Delegate11 of Lazarus or Council on Lazarene Security10 in the Delegate's11 unscheduled absence.

Vice Delegate Endorsements and Appointment​

(1) The Delegate will appoint a Vice Delegate to hold the second most endorsements in Lazarus. Appointment of the Vice Delegate will be subject to confirmation by two-thirds vote of the Assembly.

• The Delegate11 will appoint a Vice Delegate12, who holds the second most endorsements in Lazarus and is below the Delegate11 in endorsements
• The Vice Delegate12 requires a two-thirds vote or 66.66% of voters to confirm them as Vice Delegate12

The Vice Delegate - Resignation or removal from office​

(2) The Vice Delegate will serve until resignation, removal from office by the Assembly or the Delegate, or automatic removal from office.

(3) The Vice Delegate will be the chairperson of the Council on Lazarene Security, presiding over the Council according to law and its procedural rules, and acting as the Council's spokesperson. If the office of Vice Delegate is vacant, the first Councillor in the line of succession who is willing and able to serve will serve as the Council's chairperson.
