Nope. I've worked retail but not fast food. Retail is awful.

I have to say that's kind of so vague as to be meaningless; everyone knows culture is good. The question is what we should do to build it up, and what kind of culture we want. It'd be like a presidential candidate saying "We need to focus on the economy" as if saying that would make GDP suddenly go up as soon as they took office.

... Shit, I just figured out why RL politics is so terrible.
 
My prior relationship with MgRonald's is something I'd rather keep in the past. :P

Well a big problem prior to the coup was a lack of culture while we fumbled around for a regional identity. So we need to be sure that regardless of whatever theme we'll go back and forth about we have a culture that will persist and keep this community going while we do it.
