[Discussion] Citizenship Requirements Act
#3

If something happens in a short term setup where I can't get on the forums--say power goes out in a storm, or work demands more time than usual of my life--we need a plan that can include Lazarus continuing to operate for a few days without my having to approve everything.

No, I'm not planning to step down or to present a problem for the community by being away all the time. I'm just thinking of hypothetical situations.

With the mandate as it stands, we might want at a setup where you are advised of citizenship applications, and we make a special masking for those not fully approved (which doesn't allow them to stand for elections or vote). Anything further would be too much of a stretch mandate wise.
