I don’t see what’s so funny. A recall is not a punishment, by the way. I don’t think Tubb is going to find solutions to our problems and would like to see someone else take their shot.

I sincerely appreciate your constant willingness to hear suggestions and ideas for change. However, I believe a decent percentage of those ideas should be coming from you. I am of the belief that you have been governing too passively to lift us from inactivity.

When there are arguments or debates about the direction of the region in Discord, my perception is that your communication is limited to “Let’s put this topic on the shelf until tomorrow” and “I am open to receiving input from anyone with ideas”. I think those responses are both mature and measured, good personal leadership, but I don’t feel like you contribute to them beyond that.

Edit: New Rogernomics, I don’t think there is anything wrong with telegram campaigning. It is a legitimate part of the democratic process.
