I agree with the rest that 4:3 is badly worded, and honestly should be chopped off. I support the rest of the treaty more or less as is, and I like that we've been able to work out an agreement with Osiris. But I don't think I would vote for it unless the section in question was removed. There are too many possible circumstances and hypotheticals that could make that clause do more harm than good in the end.
