A forum embassy possibly, but I would not be interested in an ambassador exchange (posting updates on their forum). Realistically it would be very odd to rush into anything with the NPO this early on. Sure, we've had years of mutual disinterest and a lack of real conflict but I'd definitely be against jumping in head first, I'd be more interested in seeing them approach us with a NAP in the future. Despite all of this my stance is whatever the majority of the citizenry decides.
