Preamble
Be it resolved by the Citizens assembled in the Assembly of Lazarus,
that our regional theme be based on this act.
Section 1. Lazarus
(1) Lazarus and its government may use the name: Pagan Commonwealth of Lazarus, or the Commonwealth of Lazarus for short.
Section 2. Citizens
(1) Citizens of Lazarus may use the title of Thingmann.
Section 3. Assembly of Lazarus
(1) The Assembly of Lazarus may use the name Althing or Logretta.
(2) The Speaker of the Assembly may use the title of Logsogmathur. The title of Law-Speaker may be used in alternate.
Section 4. Court of Lazarus
(1) The Court of Lazarus may use the name: Fjorthungsdomar
(2) The Justices of the Court may use the title: Logsthingi.
Section 5. Cabinet of Lazarus
(1) The Cabinet of Lazarus may use the name: Varthing.
(2) Each Ministry may use the name Gothar to refer to the Ministry and the Miniister position itself.
(3) Each Minister may use the title of Gothi.
(4) The Prime Minister may use the title of Storgothi.
Section 6. Council on Lazarene Security
(1) The Council on Lazarene Security may use the name of Allleid.
(2) Members of the Council on Lazarene Security may use the title of Hofthingi.
Section 7. Delegate and Vice Delegate
(1) The Delegate may use the title of Allsejargothi.
(2) The Vice Delegate may use the title of Hofgothi.
Section 8. Military
(1) The Military may be called the Lazarene Leithangrs.
Section 9. Responsibilities of Gothi
(1) Gothi's are responsible for aiding the maintanance of the relationship between the Thingmann of Lazarus and the Gods with the Thingmann.
Section 10. Use of Titles
(1) This act merely establishes alternative titles for use within Lazarus and non-legal offical documents, and may not be used within laws or other legal documents.
(2) No part of this act can be constructed as creation and establishment of, removal of, or the altering of any property, legal fiction, or legal framework within Lazarus..
