Ideas for proposals:

• Regional Holidays
• Regional Hall of Fame
• Regional houses (may be controversial? Similar to how XKI does them)
• A World Assembly Act (Tentatively in progress here)
• Defining each ministry
• Term limits (Controversial)
• Electing ministers instead of appointing them (Controversial)
• Political Parties (Controversial)
• An Upper House (Controversial, attempted here but shot down pretty fast... likely is not plausible)
