@Chanku has been appointed to serve as a Human Resource Officer. As per Mandate 12 VI.1, this appointment is subject to a simple majority confirmation by the Shareholders of Lazarus.

Me again. Putting forward Chanku for a Justice and Killer Kitty for a Security Auditor. The former seems well suited to handle legal discussion per her willingness to be impartial and her activities in other regions, including work as a Justice elsewhere. KK has been a Lazarene fixture for some time. While he might grate on many, he seems to be a longstanding personage in the region who would be an asset to maintaining Lazarus' security.

I have a few questions for Chanku
1. Firstly, can you please specify what experience you have had as a justice elsewhere?
2. What other posts do you hold abroad, how might they impact your ability to be impartial?
3. Will you recuse yourself if there is a legal question surrounding your appointment?
4. What roles do grammatical, literal and teleological interpretation have to play in interpreting the law?
5. How would you have ruled in the Toerana and Vedan trials, the HEPA Constitutionality review, the allowable scope of HEPA proscriptions and the Clarification on Public Infrastructure.
6. I have a few concerns over your temprament, can you assure the region that we will not be seeing a repeat of this sort of behaviour as exhibited during the Constitutional Convention:
