The province feature is no self runner, it requires permanent attention to be utilized by the members. It is not used at desired rates unless we host events within them. As mentoring places and startoff for low to mid tier officers they actually fulfill their purpose, as members are able to test out the waters of regional politics and what it takes to keep a GCR active (just in a much smaller scale).

That is a wonderful idea and it could be quite beneficial to people's experience
