Changes in the security situation require us to reduce the endorsement cap. Citizens endorsing the Delegate may hold up to 70 endorsements. Residents endorsing the Delegate may hold up to 40 endorsements. Those not endorsing the Delegate will continue to have an an endorsement cap of 10 endorsements.
