Yay! I look forward to seeing what you accomplish as Vice-Delegate NR! :) Here are some questions to help us get to know you and your plans better:

What have you accomplished as Minister of Media and Events that you're the most proud of?

What do you see as the role of the Vice-Delegate? Do you have any particular plans you'd like to make a reality while in the position?

If Tubbius is unable to continue being delegate, do you think you'll be able to fill the seat well? Do you think you'll be able to both do region and forums stuff effectively?

If someone gave you a lemonade and you tried it and it was too sweet, what would you do?

What have you accomplished as Minister of Media and Events that you're the most proud of?

The problem with leaving any Ministerial role, is that there is always something left unfinished, or something that I would have liked to continue on with. I would be most proud of getting the Gazette back up and running, and organizing the forum into something that resembles what we lost when the Celestial Union and Humane Republic fell.

Where I say things were most left unfinished that would be role play activities, as when I planned a festival it didn't go as planned - as fate would have it, another region decided that exact week to run a major role play event that left mine in the dust! xD

Though it is also important to give up the chair to someone else eventually, and let them breathe a fresh perspective into the running of a department. Without doing that, things become stale, and people get bored. Especially with a department involved in regional culture and internal activity.

What do you see as the role of the Vice-Delegate? Do you have any particular plans you'd like to make a reality while in the position?

The Vice-Delegacy is a security position in my opinion, but it also a necessary one for keeping the region on their toes, and keeping up in-game activity - and not just the activity of those on the forum.

The plans I have would be focused more on motivating the region on a monthly basis to gather endorsements and share them out - and ideally I would like to reach 180 endorsements or more, though I would really hope that the region would give me 200, so we can really increase the endorsement cap region wide.

When I am not doing that major task, I would like to attempt to organize political groups in-game, perhaps through something like factions, or at the very least motivate nations to keep active in the region in general - and spread some awesomeness.

I always take the positive attitude of giving the new Delegate the benefit of the doubt, even where I do have some reservations. Some have their criticisms of Tubbius right now, but I think that Tubbius will continue to be active, and more importantly Tubbius has a general feel for in-game Lazarenes that a lot of gameplay politics focused Delegates lack. 

I have been a Delegate, and a forum admin in the past, and things are also more quiet than when I was Delegate of Lazarus. So it wouldn't be hard for me to fill the seat, if Tubbius was to leave it some day. I am also politically neutral in gameplay even though I lean raider, and I keep my head as well. I find the best method for a political discussion is not heavy confrontation. It is understand the other position - even if you fiercely disagree with it. I tend to try and approach a consensus, so that is how I would deal with running Lazarus as Delegate, if it even gets that far. There also wouldn't be a drastic change of foreign policy - even if have butted a few heads in some GCRs from time to time.

If someone gave you a lemonade and you tried it and it was too sweet, what would you do?

I'd drink it down to be polite, but not ask for another one. Then discreetly go for some water.
