Foreign Affairs:
I think we should have a vote on the war with the NPO. As I have been calling for, for months. I personally think it would be best to end it.

I think that we should not add any new embassies, as we are currently understaffed in the FA department. However, I think that we should look to take some of our relationships to the next level, with new NAPs and/or Mutal Defense Treaties.

This goes with what I mentioned above, I think that we should seek some new faces in the FA department. As it's been a long time since a lasting newcomer has appeared.
Internal Affairs:
We should do some events with other regions. 

We should expand our Cards Guild if we can find the personnel.

Perhaps we could do some game nights with the region. Alongside this, we should do a contest. 

World Assembly Affairs:
It would be nice to have an active World Assembly Department but this is not a priority In my mind. This is because we lack the player base to do so.

Military Affairs:
The Guard has been doing pretty fine these last few months, so we should continue that.

Conclusion
I think the main recurring trend in Lazarus is the lack of activity, off-site. To fix this we need to get more people on-site, and with that, our problems can be solved. My main goal would be that. The rest comes with it.[/align]

This does seem to be lot of "we should" and not much "I will". What will you do you as Prime Minister to achieve these? Who would you do events and game nights with, who will you look for new NAPs/MDTs with. How will you achieve more activity?

We should = I will attempt to get them done. For instance, if I'm elected I will hold votes on the war with the NPO. That's going to be the first thing I do. Naturally, I have my own opinion on the matter but it's going to be something we decide on as a region. I will talk to TNP and TSP and perhaps some other regions looking for treaty upgrades. I will talk to other regions to host some events with. Next, I will tackle the regions inactivity problems. I will do some advertising of our off-site experience through the RMB, Gazzette, and other tools. I will use game night and discord activities as a way to get people off-site. By hosting them off-site, I think that more people will join us off-site. But, for those who don't want to join us off-site, we must have something for them to do. So I will host a few contests. Like one idea I have is a theme contest. Were people send in flag/WFE ideas for certain holidays and other events. We can even create our own holidays.

To negotiate an armistice with the NPO - you would need to have some form of diplomatic relations with them - however Article I, Section 3 of the APC treaty says as follows

(3) The signatories will not maintain diplomatic, military, or cultural relations of any kind with the Pacific while it is governed by the New Pacific Order or any successor regime sanctioned by the New Pacific Order.

Therefore, if Lazarus votes to end the war, will you repeal the APC treaty?

As I said in my interview, I would hold a vote. But, I have no plans to open an embassy with the NPO. Besides, the last time I checked it was just us and August in that treaty.
