Inactivity Waiver For Imkiville

[New Rogernomics]

The Lazarene Citizenship Act in Article II, has the following subsection:
(4) The Assembly may alternatively permit an inactivity waiver for a citizen by two-thirds vote.

It may be the desire of many Lazarenes to offer Imkiville a inactivity waiver.

In Lazarus via the mandate there is no legal way to offer a honorary shareholdership (citizenship), though we are permitted to let members remain a shareholder.

We would be permitting Imkiville to continue to be a Shareholder and pop in from time to time on our discord and forum, in recognition for all her efforts and support for Lazarus.

So this is being put forward for discussion.
