Preamble
In order to provide for the financial maintenance of government officials, this act shall codify the remuneration allocated.
Section 1. Remuneration
(1) The amount of remuneration shall be ascertained in accordance with the following, and provided by the Regional Monetary Reserve every month:
a. The Delegate shall receive 30.00 Feathers (ƒ).
b. The Vice Delegate, Assembly Speaker, Cabinet Ministers, Court Justices, Councillors of Lazarene Security shall receive 15.00 Feathers (ƒ).
c. Deputies to the Assembly Speaker shall receive 5.00 Feathers (ƒ).
Section 2. Annuity
(1) The amount of annuity shall be ascertained in accordance with the following table, with figures provided in Feathers (ƒ), and provided by the Regional Monetary Reserve every two-months:

Section 3. Eligibility to receive annuity
(1) Where an official has held office for a continuous period of no less than two-months, the official shall be entitled to receive annuity benefits.
