I do believe that setting terms was described more as a delay tactic to organize with other regions before potentially declaring war, but that's just me.

I don't believe I have personally described setting the terms as such and that wasn't why they were proposed from us. Just to clarify.

I would like to suggest that, in the event we do declare war on the NPO, we include a statement about our support for severing St. Abbaddon from NPO control, as they are an NPO protectorate, and thus an extension of the NPO.
