It might be better to use a nation to receive telegrams of articles, or use google docs, rather than something that will be posted publicly without quality control.

You're right in that regard. Sending them by telegram is perhaps the better option. The main reason I went with dispatch is because it's an on-site way to write up a lot of text. But you're right, telegrams are probably simpler and easier to keep track of.
