The discussion is supposed to determine what objectives the military should be able to pursue, therefore tying in with military discussions.
I am not sure what you define as “ideology”, but if you are referring to FA objectives, we need to determine what stance we wish to take, which is somewhat ideology related.
And what, exactly, would you like to have in an ally? What makes a region a good potential ally to you?
