I *personally* (as in, this is my own alignment and this is what I argued for at the ConCon) favor a Defender alignment, but I do not think that any change, including making Lazarus a Defender region, is appropriate for the region at this point in time. The current situation is not necessarily ideal for military activity, but it is absolutely necessary to ensure our region's internal security and stability.
