In the absence of procedure in this circumstance, I am establishing a rule in accordance with Article I, Section 12 of the Mandate:

Should the Delegate withdraw their nomination of an official, the confirmation procedure relating to that nomination shall cease automatically.

As such, the withdrawal has been implemented. Votes regarding John Laurens will not be counted.
