[Proposal] Assembly Powers Amendment

[New Rogernomics]

I'd suggest that the Prime Minister be further defined.

Generally, some questions I have over this:

1) Is the Prime Minister in this, head of government? As that might be a good idea to establish in the constitution, since it establishes the Delegate as head of state.

2) How is the Prime Minister elected? From their number, or as separate position by the Assembly like you would a Cabinet member?

3) Does the Prime Minister hold a 3 month term, or is it indefinite?

I'd propose something like this to make it easier to understand regardless:

Section 4. Amendment of Section IV

(4) Section IV shall be amended to read:

IV. Cabinet of Lazarus
(1) The number of Cabinet members shall be determined by law, but must include at least three members: the Prime Minister of Lazarus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lazarus, and at least one minister responsible for internal Lazarene affairs.

The Prime Minister

(5) The Prime Minister shall be the head of government, and be selected by the Cabinet from their number.

OR alternatively, if the Prime Minister doesn't have the same term as general Cabinet:

IV. Cabinet of Lazarus
(1) The number of Cabinet members shall be determined by law, but must include at least three members: the Prime Minister of Lazarus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lazarus, and at least one minister responsible for internal Lazarene affairs.

(5) The Prime Minister shall be the head of government, who shall be elected via instant run-off for a # month term.
