Section 4. Expiring Provisions
(1) This section of provisions shall expire within a month of passage and be removed from the act.

(2) Citizens may appeal to the Assembly upon passage of this act, if:
a. They held citizenship immediately prior to the passage of this act.
b. The Assembly agrees to a continuation of their citizenship through a 3/4 majority vote.

My one recommendation, if the above act is considered too harsh. Effectively provides a temporary provision for existing citizens.
