This seems like a lot of words for something pretty trivial. 
Does the currency really need to be legislated?
And if it does, might it not make sense to do so in a broader Cultural Symbols bill? We can definite the flag, a motto, the currency, etc all at once. Or at least make it easy to amend more symbols in later, instead of having each one be in a completely separate document.
