The table formatting may be a bit screwed up. The BBcode looks all good but the result is anything but.

You aren't using the tags correctly.

First you need to set a table size i.e. 100, which is 100%

Next you need to set a tr or table row for the titles

Then you need a table row for the data.

I have spaced out the bbcode in your post, so you can see what I mean.

My advice is to use the table generator if the tags are too difficult to figure out, or you don't want to have to deal with the bbcode part too much.

I think that in many cases by default sigs can be disabled: https://nslazarus.com/usercp.php?action=options

I've noticed that an admin manually editing a sig and enabling options can also fix it.

My guess is that when an account is transitioned to another mask after validating, it does't always update correctly.

A while back I changed validating so it enabled signature edits, but options can only be changed manually by the user or by a mod, or admin.
