With 15 votes Aye, 2 votes Nay, and 7 votes Abstain, the Constitutional Resolution to Clarify Continuity with Past Governments has passed with 88% for and 12% against.

As constitutional resolutions require Delegate approval, this resolution will now be presented to the Delegate.
