Amendment to the Lazarene Citizenship Act (Feb 2025)

Preamble

This amendment to the Lazarene Citizenship Act shall require applicants to disclose their World Assembly nation or any military organizations they are affiliated with.

Section 1. Amendment of the Lazarene Citizenship Act
(1) Article I, Section 3 of the Lazarene Citizenship Act shall be amended to read:

(3) The Granting Official or the Prime Minister may recommend to the Delegate that an applicant be declined when they:

a. No resident nation in Lazarus 28 days after moving their resident nation out of Lazarus or it ceasing to exist,
b. Failure to provide a World Assembly Nation or, in the case of military organization membership, to disclose it,
bc. Failing to follow policies set by regional, forum, or discord administration,
cd. Do not present themselves as a good prospect for citizenship.
