• Bethany
• Court of Lazarus
• Executive Council
• Any other sub forums otherwise restricted to Citizens only

Discord:

• Assembly notifications channel
• They may be allowed to enter Laz Chat, but will be barred from if election activity is taking place there
• Any other channels otherwise restricted to Citizens only

They will still be barred from:

• Residency in Lazarus and its territories
• Citizenship in Lazarus or Bethany

Waivers may be revoked by the Root Administrator if these conditions are violated or by any other reasons provided by law or administration policy.
