Election Security Amendment (December 2024)​

Preamble

This amendment shall create a more secure Lazarus by banning citizens who have joined during any election from voting in such elections.

Section 1. Inserting Article IV, section 17.

(1) Article IV, section 17, shall be inserted into the Mandate:

Eligibility to vote or stand in elections

(17) No citizen who is granted citizenship during any election shall be eligible to vote or stand in that election. The ineligibility of newly admitted citizens to vote or stand in elections may be further regulated by law.
