Charter of the Lazarene Regional Guard Operations Amendment​

Preamble

This shall add the Herald to the chain of command in the Regional Guard

Article 1. Amendment of the Regional Guard

(1) Section 4, Offensive or defensive activity outside of general operations, subsection 2, shall be amended to read:

(2) The Delegate, Herald, or the Prime Minister, in that order of the chain of command, may permit operations outside of these conditions, but only on a per operation basis.

This shall update the regional guard act charter to add the Herald to the chain of command of operations.
