Regional Guard Commander on Executive Council

Section 1. Regional Guard Commander

(1) Regional Guard Commander may serve on the Executive Council so long as the Executive Council appoints or makes them subject to regional elections.

(2) Domais shall be approved to be a Minister with voting rights, as long as they hold the position.

This vote shall require two-thirds vote to pass, and shall last Five days. Executive Council members eligible to vote may vote "Aye" or "Mmph" or "For," "Nay" or "Against," or "Abstain" or "Present."
