Establishment of Regional Representatives

Section 1. Regional Representatives

(1) Regional representatives may serve on the Executive Council so long as the Executive Council appoints or makes them subject to regional elections.

Section 2. Limitations

(1) Appointments of regional representatives by the Prime Minister will be subject to a vote by the Executive Council.

This vote shall require two-thirds vote to pass, and shall last Five days. Executive Council members eligible to vote may vote "Aye" or "Mmph" or "For," "Nay" or "Against," or "Abstain" or "Present."
