This shall grant forum administrators the ability to waive failing of an IP or Proxy check for reasons of OOC safety or security.

Article I. Grant of Citizenship

Article 1. Grant of Citizenship shall be amended to include:

(4) Forum Administration shall decline an applicant inclusive of failing IP or Proxy checks set for the application. Unless a waiver is granted by forum administration to allow for their use of an IP Proxy for reasons of OOC safety or security.
