Colonies or territories of Lazarus (1) This shall only apply to official colonies, territories, or possessions that are established through two-thirds vote of the Assembly at the request of the Prime Minister. (2) Official colonies, territories or possessions shall be considered an integral part of Lazarus, and as such shall have the same rights and obligations before the law as if they were in the Lazarus region. Section 2. Home Rule (1) The Prime Minister may establish programs to assist the governance of an official colony, territory or possession of Lazarus. (2) Each colony, territory, or possession shall exist exclusively on Lazarene regional infrastructure and may not establish its own. (3) The Assembly may pass legislation concerning an official colony, territory, or possession of Lazarus. Section 3. Regional Officers (1) The Delegate of Lazarus may add or remove any regional officer at will in an official colony, territory, or possession of Lazarus.
