Proposal Appointment: McChimp as Director of the Guard

Citizens of Lazarus,

@McChimp has been appointed to serve as Director of the Regional Guard. As per Mandate 12 IV.5, this appointment is subject to a simple majority confirmation by the Citizens of Lazarus.
