@Chanku has been appointed to serve as a Court Justice. As per Mandate 12 V.1, this appointment is subject to a simple majority confirmation by the Shareholders of Lazarus.

To respond to the first: The place of the court is to conduct its duties given to it by the Mandate in a manner provided for by the Mandate. So to conduct Trials, to review law, and to answer questions and issues before the court in a consistent manner.
