1. John Laurens (JL)/Constie was removed from being moderator/administrator on the Lazarus forum, for the reasons detailed here.
2. Recently, John Laurens (JL)/Constie had already merited a 5 day ban on the discord for bad behavior.
3. They have a history of stirring up OOC bad behavior, and made no efforts to change this behavior, and if anything, have doubled down.
4. Their removal was put to an IC vote, though during the period where it has gone to vote, they decided they'd go down with personal attacks.
Therefore, it is the decision of forum administration that John Laurens (JL)/Constie be banned permanently from the Lazarus forum.
