I’d like to preface this topic by saying that I mentioned looking for a place to post some of my IA ideas and was told I could create a general topic for everyone so I did just that.

Consider this OP an editable placeholder for proposed ideas, I’ll list mine in a following post and update this post to include the ones that receive the support of other citizens.

Splitting IA into Integration and Culture Again. I understand possible staffing issues but also the lesser workload in both offices would probably help the department as a whole.

In your eyes Culture includes the Gazette?

IMO culture is definitely where our region needs the most work, so I would support such a change.

If Integration became its own dept, I would love to have the dir of shareholdership fall as a deputy under integration

I want to say that there is a Integration Deputy Minister in IA. Also, the Director of Shareholdership is a Mandated position and cannot be a deputy unless otherwise changed.

I don't understand what the use of having a cultural minister when no one shows up to the events culture can plan. Integration should be the main focus.

I don’t see any events put forth by our past few internal minister that are for citizens of Lazarus only
