1. John Laurens (JL)/Constie failed to warn Wymondham on the forum for what he believed was unacceptable behavior, and then proceeded to warn or call this post of Wymondham's unacceptable on the Discord.
2. Given the loss of confidence to adequately perform his duties on the forum, being compounded by the ruiling on the Discord server, it is reasonable for Constie to be suspended permanently from his position as a moderator/administrator on the forum.
3. The Lazarus community has clearly had a loss of confidence in John Laurens (JL)/Constie in being an arbiter of moderation decisions, which would undermine his ability to be viewed or to carry out his role as forum administrator/moderator.

Therefore, it is the decision of forum administration that John Laurens (JL)/Constie be suspended permanently as a moderator/administrator on the Lazarus forum.

This ban will be revoked as they no longer pose an OOC risk to the region, but an IC CLS ban exists in place that can bar them from regional infrastructure for IC reasons.
