Preamble

This amendment shall allow for the Speaker to be a member of the Council on Lazarene Security or a Deputy Minister.


Section I. Subsection (13), as it is currently written, reads:
(13) The Assembly Speaker will serve until resignation, removal from office by the Assembly or Delegate, or automatic removal from office. The Assembly Speaker may not serve in any other office or stand for election while serving as Assembly Speaker.
(2) Section I. Subsection (13), will be amended to read:
(13) The Assembly Speaker will serve until resignation, removal from office by the Assembly or Delegate, or automatic removal from office. The Assembly Speaker may not serve or stand for an election for any other office but Councillor on the Council on Lazarene Security, or Deputy Minister.

Councilor is still the correct spelling, but was copy/pasted from the first time this was amended:

Councillor is another correct spelling. Though the irony here is that chrome actually considers it spelled incorrectly, even though both are correct:

Basically the battle of UK and US English dictionaries I think.
