[Repeal] Treaty of Le Port

Assembly members,

With the news earlier today that Thalassia would be shutting down, I sadly am requesting that we repeal the Treaty of Le Port.

There is no real point in maintaining a treaty with a partner that no longer exists. I support such a proposal.
