v.

Defendant

Count 2: Obstruction of Justice (§12 of Criminal Code) ON TBA Place: Lazarus
Count 3: Conspiracy (§13 of Criminal Code) ON TBA Place: Lazarus

INDICTMENT
The Office of the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation of Lazarus, Region of Lazarus, charges:
Count 1
Misconduct: The accused has taken the citizenship oath, and accepted the conditions of citizenship, inclusive of following the laws of Lazarus, as such the accused is responsible for who or what they allow to access the infrastructure under their control. Mzeusia and Snoodum could be assumed to be the same person or permitted such use to obtain another citizenship on the same IP, and this could be considered a violation of the obligations of citizenship and Lazarene law.
Evidence:
Count 2
Obstruction of Justice: The accused was notified by New Rogernomics that NS moderation had been informed that Mzeusia or Snoodum could be the same individual, and the accused resigned from the World Assembly within a period that one could be reasonably aware and act to obstruct any ruling by the NS moderation team as to their WA status. This could be considered obstruction of justice, as no ruling can now be made by NS moderation - as it is not their policy to provide such details for confidentially of player reasons. It could be concluded by this obstruction that they could be the same person, as if there was no in-game illegality, they would have no reason to resign - and doing so could be an admittance that there is some illegality in their WA status.
Evidence:
Count 3
Conspiracy: Mzeusia and Snoodum if found to be the same person, attempted to violate the laws of Lazarus, by attempting to obtain a second citizenship, which would give them the advantage over other citizens of having a second vote in the Assembly. If this could not be proven to the court that they are the same person, then they exist on the same premises, and abetted by use of the same resources an attempt to obtain a citizenship on the same IP address, which could be considered an attempt to undermine the integrity of the citizenship process as defined in the Citizenship Act.
Evidence:
Notice to the Court: Some of this public evidence has been redacted to respect the confidentiality of the accused, and if necessary these redacted portions could be viewed by the court in a discrete manner, with the condition that they will never be distributed publicly. Treadwellia as the other administrator can also verify if necessary the confidential information.
Note: This is still being drafted, and is just the template. Evidence is still yet to be put together, and final charges assessed for practicality.
