Criminal Code Act Amendment (April 2020)

Proposed by: @Domais

PreambleSection 1. Amendment of the Criminal Code Act (September 2018)

(1) The relevant sections of the Criminal Code Act, as they are currently written, read:

(2) An amended Criminal Code Act shall read:

(1) Any person who, during the course of an election, irrelevant of whether they themselves are/were a candidate, uses the in-game mass telegram power granted to communication regional officers shall have committed Electoral Fraud.

Why would it be fraud simply to use the feature? It should be when they use the feature to give their campaign an advantage.

(2) Any person who, during the course of an election, irrelevant of whether they themselves are/were a candidate, uses any monetary method including stamps to promote themselves, their campaign, damage the campaign of another or likewise shall have committed Electoral Fraud.

What if they are using stamps to promote a World Assembly proposal?

Fixed.
