Assembly Procedure Act Amendment (February 2020)

Preamble
This amendment shall resolve a conflict between the Mandate and the Assembly Procedures Act
Section 1. Amendment to Section 2. subsection (3)
(1) Section 2. subsection (3), as it is currently written, reads:

[TD](3) Only the Delegate may introduce a proposal to enact, amend, or repeal a treaty or declaration of war, and only the Delegate may make a motion to vote on such a proposal.[/TD]

(2) Section 2. subsection (3), with the inclusion of new text highlighted in green, will be amended to read:

[TD](3) Only the Prime Minister may introduce a proposal to enact, amend, or repeal a treaty or declaration of war, and only the Prime Minister may make a motion to vote on such a proposal.[/TD]
