Preamble

This amendment of the Twelfth Mandate of Lazarus reduces restrictions upon state officials and returns the Assembly's powers to overturn criminal sentences.

Section 1. Amendment of the Twelfth Mandate of Lazarus

(1) Article IV shall be amended to read:

Just an amendment clearing up a few mistakes that were made during the big reform-it allows members of the CLS to stand for election as Prime Minister and returns the Assembly's ability to overturn or reduce criminal sentences (a clause I somehow managed to delete lol)
