Constitutional Laws and Resolutions

Constitutional laws and resolutions require a three-quarters supermajority vote in order to pass the Assembly, as well as approval by the Delegate. The Twelfth Mandate of Lazarus (Mandate 12) is our supreme constitutional law.

General Laws and Resolutions

General laws and resolutions require a 50%+1 majority vote in order to pass the Assembly, as well as approval by the Delegate. The Assembly's procedural rules are included under this category for convenience, but do not require Delegate approval.

Diplomatic Documents

Diplomatic documents include treaties, which require a 50%+1 majority vote in order to pass the Assembly, and declarations of war, which require a two-thirds supermajority vote. Both treaties and declarations of war must be submitted to the Assembly by the Delegate, and thus do not require approval by the Delegate following passage by the Assembly.

There are no treaties or declarations of war at this time.

As these are not laws or resolutions, they are not recorded here. Record of amendments to or repeal of laws and resolutions will be recorded in the thread for each law and resolution.
