has nominatedprior precedent, the minimum discussion period began at the time the Delegate posted the nominations (2:27 a.m. EDT on October 17th).

Lord Denominator: What things will you be focusing on if confirmed as MoRO? I know you're really into WA stuff, but are there other areas you'd like to get into more to help engage and grow the community of Lazarus?

Amerion: What do you see as the responsibilities of a Court Justice?

For the most part, my current plans are about getting a ministry up and running, and trying to make sure it includes more people than just me. I also currently plan on borrowing some stuff from Osiris' Gameside Affairs ministry, such as an active group promoting RMB activity.

Having served with Amerion on the court of a previous government of Lazarus, I can say for certain that he is an amazing pick, and receives my full support.

A question for both nominees: How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Please explain your answer.

While the role and responsibilities of a Justice have been well defined by the Twelfth Mandate, I think it can succinctly be summed up as a fair and impartial interpretation of the law.

Powers of the Court

(3) Procedure for constitutional matters brought before the Court will be defined by law.

(4) The Court has the power, upon being petitioned by a citizen, to strike down any general law, treaty, or policy. in whole or in part, and restrain any government action, by two-thirds vote, if such violates this Mandate or any constitutional law.

(5) The Court may, upon being petitioned by a citizen, reconcile contradictions within and between this Mandate and constitutional laws, as well as contradictions within and between general laws, by two-thirds vote, maintaining minimal disruption to the intended purposes of the contradictory provisions.

(6) The Court may interpret and clarify provisions of law when posed in a legal question, by two-thirds vote, as prescribed by law.

(7) The Court may conduct Criminal Reviews in order to determine whether a person has committed a criminal offence. Procedure for such Criminal Reviews may be established by law.

317.5 kilograms, or 700 pounds of wood.

To both nominees:

Fruit in yoghurt? Fruit in ice cream? Explain your answers.

Why did you join Lazarus?

Yogurt is ew, and I refuse to make my ice-cream any healthier than it already is.

As some know, I joined Lazarus back during the Khanate which I thought could be fairly interesting (spoiler, it wasn't), and stuck around after all that. Also did pretty good at tarting during LazAnarchy, managed to be the highest endorsed person not receiving pilers/directions to endorse, and at one point 4th most endorsed :)

Also, motion to vote on this.

Why would you ruin two perfectly good foods with fruit :(

I can't recall the exact reason because it was a while ago but it was literally just before Stu's coup, so I stayed during that chaos and remained for the HRL.
