Added this, the final bit about being "strongly encouraged" is gone. Because that's how lots of other regions like TSP, TRR and TNP do it and it's generally better to have transparency in these things, especially GA. I can, however, be convinced otherwise for SC.

Yeah, after discussing with NR on the Discord now made it so that recommendations published by the Ministry are non-binding.

What would happen if after, say, 1 day if the cabinet doesn't object then it'll go straight to vote?

If the Cabinet abstains, it'll go to a usual vote with citizens and WA residents :p EDIT: If you mean the WA ministry fails to make a recommendation, then it's their fault and they should get recalled as that's irresponsible, but I'll add that in.

For for for. Anyway, I think the only restriction should be that the Speaker cannot hold any other public office/Directorship within Lazarus, but regardless, there's no reason that holding any office outside of Laz should stop you from being Speaker here.
