Bump Regarding Moe and Constie's feedback, I made it so that the WA Ministry is headed by a World Assembly officer, not a Director, which can hold other government positions in Lazarus so that staffing problems won't happen. EDIT: Apparently that'd contradict with the mandate :( so it's back...
