I'm curious as to what the word "chastised" means to you? To me it is not a very serious word at all, and I generally see it used to refer to flippant/fleeting punishment. :P

Anyway, aside from agreeing with Cormac on all points, I also can't vote for unless my previous concerns are answered, regarding what an activity requirement hopes to achieve.
Seems to be the Speaker's reasoning was that the author in a bill provided clear authority for who controlled that bill -- but surely we can just say that the thread OP is the one who has that authority? I don't think we need an author section in the bill at all.

I don't feel particularly strongly about it.
My aversion to them is likely due to me considering oaths as very serious things IRL and therefore finding them a bit inappropriate for an in game community.
